We do our best to ensure that all our campers are able to enjoy their time with us with the best conditions we can offer.

We appreciate you taking the time to read through our campsite Terms and Conditions before booking your pitch. We take bookings throughout the season and it is essential to book if you want to visit us during school or Bank Holidays. Please book online on our Contact/Bookings page.

2020 Season:

31st July to 31st August.


Bookings for our campsite are taken throughout the season. To make a booking, please go to our Contact/Bookings page where you can make an online booking. Once you make a booking, a contract exists between you and Harry’s Field and as soon as we have issued our confirmation you should check this carefully to see that it reflects your wishes. Please notify us straight away of any errors. We may not allow you to stay if your tent/trailer/camper differs from the specification you reserved. Please check your confirmation carefully to ensure you have given the correct information.

Minimum advanced booking – 3 nights for bank holidays, 2 nights at the weekends (Fri arrival), unless otherwise stated or by prior arrangement.

Cancellation policy: 

If you cancel your booking 28 days or more before the arrival date, all monies will be refunded less an administration fee of £15. If you cancel between 15 – 27 days before the arrival date, a 50% refund will be given. Any cancellation with 14 days’ or less notice will not be refunded. Should you need to change the dates of your campsite booking, you may do so up to 2 weeks before your arrival to another date within the same season subject to availability. We are unable to alter booking dates with less than 2 weeks’ notice.

We are now offering a coronavirus booking guarantee, which allows our customers to book with a 20% deposit, and pay the balance 10 days before arrival, and in the event of continued or renewed restrictions the offer to move the booking date for up to 18 months.


You may arrive at our campsite from 1pm onwards.  If after 9pm please text us on 07968 136891 and we will know to expect you.


Please leave by 2pm unless otherwise pre-arranged. Failure to do so will incur a further night’s charge. No refunds are given for early departure. Please note showers and kitchen area will be closed from 12 o’clock on departure days.


The campsite pitches are 10m squared. The field is well spaced and we do allocate pitches during busy periods. Please let us know if you are camping with friends and we will pitch you together – max. 3 pitches together. Max. 3 adults/pitch, max. 6 people per pitch in total.
There are no electric hook-ups but there are plenty of sockets in the communal kitchen area.
Tents larger than 6m x 4m are strictly by prior arrangement only.  We reserve the right to require you to remove sections if you exceed these dimensions without prior agreement.


To protect the tranquillity and comfort of all our campers, the maximum number of units we will site together is 3.  Couples, Single parent families, and larger families only; no hen or stag dos.

Pitch extras:

These include pup tents, gazebos, awnings, additional cars. These must all fit within the boundary of the pitch booked or an additional pitch will need to be paid for.


Gazebos are allowed at management discretion and are charged at £5 per night. Strictly no sides.


Charged at £5/night.


There is 1 car space allocated per pitch and this is included in the pitch price. Additional cars are charged for at £5/night, max. 1 per pitch. Cars must not be left outside the site on any account – at busy times there is a separate area on site for extra cars.


Strictly no caravans

Bell Tents:

4m tent ideal for 2 adults and a baby.

5m tent ideal for 3-4 people.

6m tents for a family of 4-6.

Mattress are provided in the luxury furnished Bell Tents but you need to bring your own bedding for the single beds and all towels. We provide bedding for 1 double bed only. The Standard Bell Tents are furnished but no bedding is provided at all.

Unfortunately, we cannot permit dogs or smoking in the Bell tents. The Bell tents may not be booked as part of a group booking. The tent and all fixtures and fittings are strictly only for the use and enjoyment by those sleeping in them. A refundable deposit of £100 required for all Bell Tent bookings to insure against damage/breakages – refunded within a week upon inspection on departure.


Strictly quiet after 11.00pm.


The use of foul language, threatening behaviour or vandalism is not tolerated at any time on our campsite.  Any offence of this nature will result in all members of a party being required to leave immediately.  No refund will be given.


We have fire baskets available for hire, £20 for 3 nights, £15 for two nights or £8/one. Wood, kindling and charcoal is also available to buy at £5/ bucket. Fires are only allowed in fire baskets.


Dogs are welcome on our campsite but must be on a lead at all times, must not foul the field, and must not be left on the field unattended. There is an additional charge of £5-8 stay Max. 2 per pitch. Sorry- no dogs are allowed in our bell tents.

Admission to the campsite implies a commitment to uphold the these terms and conditions and rules of the campsite which set out general standards of conduct and behaviour expected. Any person in breach of these rules may be asked to leave the campsite with no refund. We are entitled to refuse admission if we think it is necessary even for prior bookings. We also reserve the right to alter your pitch allocation should the weather have caused the ground to be unsuitable for your unit.
